PhD or Master's in a relevant business field with formal teaching qualifications. Prior higher education lecturing experience and international business background preferred.
Train and inspire students in our gourmet training restaurants — covering contemporary and classic service etiquette, table management, and customer service.
Strong practical background in premium restaurants with extensive international experience and enthusiasm for teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Lead diverse food production for student dining and specialized hospitality training menus within our fast-paced campus culinary team.
Proven experience in high-volume, high-quality food production (hotels, resorts, or educational campuses). English fluency required.
