Not sure which part of hospitality excites you most? Our career manager will meet with you to discuss your strengths and interests, helping guide your internship choices and elective modules to fit your goals.
Workshops & Training
Throughout the year, we conduct CV/resume writing workshops, interview preparation sessions, and LinkedIn profile building seminars. We ensure you present your best self to employers.
Career Fairs & Recruitment Events
IMI hosts career days where global hospitality brands come to campus to recruit. Think along the lines of Marriott, Accor, or cruise lines visiting us, eager to meet IMI students. These events often lead to internship placements and even management trainee program offers.
Networking
We bring industry to you – guest lectures and career events are common. For example, you might have the GM of a luxury hotel give a talk, and afterward you can chat one-on-one – those connections often turn into interview opportunities later.
Alumni Network
Once you’re part of IMI, you join an alumni network spanning 100+ countries. Through our alumni office and LinkedIn groups, current students can connect with graduates for mentorship and advice. Many alumni (proud of their IMI roots) hire or refer fellow IMI grads in their companies.
