Model Pupils

We held a special photo shoot to update our on-campus uniform pictures, there to ensure the highest hospitality grooming standards are met every day...

In hospitality, first impressions count!

Part of making a guest or customer feel welcome and in good hands, is the promotion of a smart, professional and well-groomed appearance.

Although in more recent times, some companies have taken a more relaxed approach to staff grooming standards, there is still a strong traditional core to the hospitality industry that recognises the link between a professional mindset and well-presented appearance.

This is why, at IMI, we instil in our students the importance of taking care of their appearance and have a strict uniform policy on campus from Monday to Friday.

To help students adhere to these standards, we display uniform pictures on campus to give a reference point for how each class should dress.

Given the diverse responsibilities of the industry, we have numerous uniforms to reflect the different industry roles such as service, culinary and business dress.

We had a lot of fun shooting new pictures to reflect our latest uniforms with some of our current students on campus. We hope these photos make it easier for all our students to become accustomed to presenting their best sides both here on campus and in the future as they embark on their professional careers.
