IMI climbs in World Rankings

07 March 2019

We were delighted to climb five places in the annual QS World Rankings to be named the twelfth best hospitality school globally...

Student satisfaction, academic results and future employability are the key indicators to which we hold ourselves accountable here at IMI.

The happiness of our students during their time with us here in Switzerland and the testimonials we receive from them when they embark on their successful careers in the industry, truly do make our jobs worthwhile.

However, it is always highly satisfying to see the work we do recognised within the international education arena and set against our fellow hospitality schools.

We were, therefore, very pleased to see a five-place climb for IMI in the annual rankings released by higher education specialists QS from 17th last year to 12th this year.

The QS rankings are independent and based on academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact, thus offering a great holistic view of the work of a school.

The list places IMI amongst the very best of institutions offering hospitality management education internationally and is a testament to the hard work put in by our academic faculty and support staff here at the school.

While delighted with this year's climb, we will not rest on our laurels and will be aiming to rise even further in the 2020 list!
