Christmas is always a special time of year and we love celebrating the holidays here at IMI.
With various festive-themed events and activities taking place on campus, we ensure that this season is a fun and enjoyable one for all students and faculty.
One of our more recent traditions is the 'role reversal' lunch where staff take over service and treat students to a special Christmas lunch.
With a fully decorated Main Dining Hall, our students sat down to enjoy a delcious three-course meal full of festive flavours, including a smoked salmon croustillant with cream cheese starter, ribeye steak with potato gratin for main, and a delicious sticky toffee pudding dessert.
The festive aromas were enhanced by warm, spiced mulled wine (or Glühwein) which was part of a wide drinks selection of wines, beers and soft drinks.

WIth staff and faculty taking over all aspects of the lunch service - from decoration and place settings to table service and washing up - our students were able to sit back, relax and enjoy after another hard year of work and study.
Laughter filled the air as staff engaged with students, sharing memories of the term and general festive cheer.
Although a small gesture in some ways, this event fosters an incredible sense of community and reminds us all of the joy of giving and togetherness - some of the fundamental hospitality principles upon which our school is founded.
The Christmas season is famous for being one where families gather, and it was lovely to share this celebration together as the IMI Family.
