Rita Zhao

from China , graduated in 1998

After working for several years at one of the five star corporate hotels in Northeast China as the Director of Sales, I decided to take a break from my job and pursue hotel management studies. I was in love with the hospitality industry, but had never been to a hotel school. In February 1998, I started my postgraduate program at the beautiful IMI Kastanienbaum campus. I had a wonderful and fruitful time there, which is one of my best memories in my life.

Now I am working at Hyatt Place Detroit/Auburn Hills. This year will be my nine year anniversary at the property as the Director of Sales.
