With over 25 years offering leading hospitality degrees, IMI knows what it takes to succeed in the industry.

We have now used this experience to diversify our course offerings by launching three Executive Programmes.

These 10-day short-courses are designed for business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs who want to expand their skill set and take their business to the next level.

The Hospitality Coaching and Development course has been developed for small and medium hotel owners and focuses on improving all areas of the business performance to reactivate their hotel brand and grow the their business.

For those in the restaurant industry looking to improve their service standards, our Fine-Dining Restaurant Management programme will bring you to the very highest of Swiss standards.

Moving into the kitchen, new and aspiring chefs can refine their craft on the Culinary Arts Skills programme and benefit from the expert tutelage of our industry-experienced lecturers.

Each of the Executive Programmes includes trip and excursions around Switzerland providing unique Swiss experiences to complement the programme study.

The 10-day courses will launch in October and November 2017. Contact us to get more information or learn how to apply.
