Welcome Lunches

09 March 2018

To greet our students for the 2018A term, we held a series of welcome lunches in our Swiss Room restaurant...

Hospitality is all about making people feel comfortable and nothing makes us more comfortable than a good lunch..

This is why, every term at IMI, we greet our new and returning students with a special three-course Welcome Lunch.

Our fine-dining Swiss Room provides the venue for the meals and we divide the lunches based on the different semesters of study.

Each lunch is hosted by different staff members giving students the chance to get to know a wider variety of the IMI faculty.

The lunches have a dual-purpose of allowing us to catch up with our returning students and find out how their internship placements have gone. They also allow us to get to know our new students that bit better and make them feel even more a part of the IMI family.

All the students seemed to appreciate the hospitality and, as ever, our Swiss Room kitchen delivered some excellent cuisine for us to enjoy.

As they (don’t) say, the family that greets together, eats together!
