Student Ambassador Visit

08 March 2016

As an international school, IMI prides itself on its strong relationship with partner schools worldwide.

To celebrate and strengthen these relationships, we invited student ambassador visitors from three of these schools to join us on campus for a week.

Students from the Asian Institute of Technology and Management in Nepal, Turan University in Kazakhstan and St Francis Xavier High School in Taiwan were given the opportunity to experience the unique IMI campus environment as well as enjoy some of the fines t attractions Switzerland has to offer.

During their short (but action-packed) visit, our guests went to the top of Mount Pilatus, dined on traditional Swiss fondue and raclette and attended the International Geneva Motor Show.

As well as these excursions, the students also had the opportunity to sit in on lectures and presentations at the school, giving them a true sense of what it would be like to pursue their hospitality studies at IMI.

They also had plenty of time to mix with the many different nationalities that make up our student body, allowing them to explore different cultures and traditions.

The feedback from the visitors was universally positive and we look forward to welcoming future student ambassador visitors from these and other partner schools later in the year."
