STP Bandung Visit

05 September 2019

It was our pleasure to host a delegation of lecturers from Indonesian partner school STP Bandung for a special 'Capacity Building' training programme...

One of the many benefits of having partner schools around the world is the opportunity for academic collaboration and to hear viewpoints from different cultural perspectives.

At IMI we often benefit from the experiences and knowledge of our many international partners and, in turn, we also like to provide advice and support where we can.

This is why we were very happy to welcome an academic delegation from Indonesian partner school STP Bandung who visited us for a week for a special 'Capacity Building' training course.

Working alongside the IMI faculty, our visitors explored strategies and techniques for expansion and growth within the academic sector.

As well as the course sessions, the Indonesian party also had time to explore a bit of Switzerland and discover what makes the country so appealing to students from all corners of the globe.

It is this sort of cross-border idea sharing and cultural exchange which we feel keeps our school best placed to meet the ever changing demands of the international job market.

We would like to thank our guests for taking the time to visit our school and hope to see them in Switzerland again soon!
