The IMI campus has always been a place of welcome for international visitors, be they students, alumni, family members or industry professionals.
This spirit of hospitality was on full display as we welcomed a group of educational agents and representatives to our school for a two-day information workshop.
The group, who were travelling to Switzerland as part of the WEBA World Agents Roadshow, came to IMI to learn more about our unique family atmosphere and the degree programmes we offer.
Arriving on Friday evening, we greeted our guests with a welcome apéro and some introductory remarks from IMI Owner Mr. Bürki, as well as CEO Prof. Benetatos and Director Mrs Frey. We then sat down for a specially arranged dinner where our guests enjoyed a three-course meal prepared by the IMI kitchen team with service from our students.
Saturday morning saw an early start as our guests were given tours of our external Mattenhof student accommodation followed by a campus tour. There was then time for a final Q&A session before we bade farewell to our guests with special IMI gift bags.
The feedback from our visitors and the WEBA organisers was very positive and complimentary of the welcome and hospitality they received from our students. It was a pleasure hosting so many global representatives and we hope to build strong working relationships with our guests going forward.
