Visit to Nepal

08 June 2016

IMI lecturer Mrs. Carrie Ann Brühlmann visited partner school AITM in Nepal...

Earlier this year we welcomed a group of students from partner school AITM Nepal to IMI as part of our Student Ambassador week.

It was great to have the students here in Switzerland and we were delighted when the opportunity came up to send one of our faculty to Nepal to catch up with them.

Tourism lecturer, Mrs. Carrie Ann Brühlmann flew to Kathmandu for a week to deliver a series of guest lectures at AITM as well as attending Education Fairs in the region.

In her other position as Student Experience Manager, Mrs. Brühlmann had been responsible for organising the earlier Student Ambassador Week and was therefore delighted to be reunited with the Nepalese students.

At IMI, we place a high value on the strong relationships we foster with our partner schools and frequently send staff around the world to pay visits, guest lecturer and develop collaborative learning programmes.
