Good Luck! (Not Goodbye)

28 January 2020

As each term comes to an end, we celebrate the achievements of another batch of students completing their studies... but, at IMI, it is never really goodbye...

Terms go by fast here at IMI! It often seems like one day we are welcoming a new batch of students at BIG Week and the next saying goodbye to our graduates at the Farewell Apéro.

The apéro is an important event in the calendar as it allows staff and those students who are either leaving for their internship placement or completing their studies to come together and look back over the previous semester.

Some students are only with us for six-months, others up to four years; however, what they all share in common are the emotional highs and lows that are part and parcel of degree study.

It is these memories that we want to celebrate with the apéro and also, to remind students that, even though their time studying with us may be coming to an end, they will always find a warm welcome awaiting them whenever they return to our Kastanienbaum campus.

The success of our alumni is something we celebrate on a daily basis and we try and keep in touch with each and every one of them as much as possible.

We hope that the students who are finishing their studies at the end of term 2019D will be able to join us for our 2020 Graduation Ceremony and we wish all students going out on internship a very enjoyable and productive experience.
