A very warm welcome!

As we do every semester, each of our new students for term 20C was picked up from Zurich or Basel airports and transported to the IMI campus...

One of IMI's key strengths is the personal care and attention we offer our students, and this starts from day one.

With students joining us each term from all around the world, we are aware how daunting it can be to travel to a new country all by themselves.

This is why we ensure that, for all new arrivals, an IMI representative is waiting at the airport with a friendly smile to greet them and then transport them to our Kastanienbaum campus.

We believe that this introduces students to the idea of the 'IMI family' from their very first moment in Switzerland and is a key factor as to why they feel comfortable, safe and secure so quickly at our school.

In many ways the airport pick-up is only a small thing but, as we teach our students, the key to delivering great hospitality is to get all the small details right.

Below you can see some photos of our happy students arriving to start their August semester with us and enjoying their first experience of our unique Swiss hospitality!
