IMI in Culinary Top 20

10 November 2020

IMI's culinary arm, the International Culinary Institute, has been named as one of Europe's top 20 by the Chef's Pencil website...

Since launching our dedicated culinary arm in 2015, the International Culinary Institute has gone from strength to strength, offering degree awards validated by our UK partner Oxford Brookes University.

We were delighted to see recognition of this success, as we were named as one of Europe's top 20 culinary schools by the Chef's Pencil website.

The Chef's Pencil is a popular foodie website dedicated to sharing news, events and recipes from the culinary industry.

Named alongside some of the leading schools from France, Italy and the UK, the site recognised the value of IMI's small class sizes and personal care and attention for each student.

With a balance of both business management skills as well as the practical kitchen training, our culinary BA (Hons) degree is ideal for those looking to work as a chef as well as those looking to start their own culinary business or restaurant.

We would like to offer our congratulations to the ICI chefs and academic team who have worked tirelessly to deliver such an outstanding experience to our students both in the kitchen and the classroom.
