IMI runs Professional Development Training course

23 November 2016

We welcomed a delegation of 14 Indonesian teachers and education personnel for our very first Professional Development Training short course...

As an institution with a reputation for academic excellence, IMI is often approached for advice and support by fellow international educational organisations.

Recently, we decided to formalise this service into a Professional Development Training (PDT) short course.

Lasting three days, the course offers a thorough overview of the best practices in offering hospitality management training and education.

For our inaugural PDT course we welcomed 14 Indonesian teaching professionals from the Center for Development Teachers and Education Personnel (CDETEP).

Led by a certified teacher trainer, the course provided our Indonesian visitors with an intensive but enjoyable overview of key strategies and techniques in educational delivery.

The feedback from the participants was very positive and they were delighted to receive their IMI PDT programme certificate on completion of the three days.

We are constantly looking to expand and diversify the range of services we offer and look forward to running similar programmes in the future.
