IMI was pleased to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with one of Malaysia's leading culinary institutes...

Over the last three years IMI's International Culinary Institute (ICI) has gone from strength to strength.

Offering student the practical skills needed to work in a kitchen alongside the theoretical knowledge necessary to run a business, the programme has proved increasingly popular.

In continuing this growth and development, we were delighted to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cilantro Culinary Academy in Malaysia.

Established in 2006, Cilantro Culinary Academy is Malaysia’s largest private culinary and pastry vocational academy.

It is equipped with 15 practical kitchens, a studio kitchen, classrooms and a line-up of professional chefs with extensive work experience in 5-star hotels.

With a shared vision of providing top-quality education to aspiring chefs and culinary professionals, we are hopeful that this MoU will eventually lead to the transfer of knowledge, lecturers and students between our two institutes.
